1. David Reutimann
2. Matt Kenseth
3. Jimmie Johnson
4. Jeff Gordon
5. Carl Edwards

Why David Reutimann? Mostly because he does very good at 1.5 mile tracks. In fact, he has 2 wins. One at Charlotte and one at Chicagoland.

Subway Fresh Fit 500 Results

Here are the results of the Subway Fresh Fit 500:

1. Jeff Gordon
2. Kyle Busch
3. Jimmie Johnson
4. Kevin Harvick
5. Ryan Newman

I'm sure Jeff Gordon was happy with this win, because, you know, he hasn't won in 66 races. That's almost 2 years! By the way, did you notice that Ryan Newman Finished 5th? My pick, Greg Biffle, finished 20th by the way. That was an exciting race! Much better than the Nationwide one.

Subway Fresh Fit 500 Starting Order

Here is the starting order for the top 5 for the Subway Fresh Fit 500:

1. Carl Edwards
2. Kurt Busch
3. Kasey Kahne
4. Kyle Busch
5. Regan Smith

Well, there you have it. I will be blogging after the race. Anyway, if your wondering where my pick Greg Biffle is starting, It's 10th. By the way, anyone realize both Busch brothers both qualified in the top 5?

Standings After Race 1 of 36

Here are the standings after race 1 of 36:

1. Carl Edwards 42
2. David Gilliland -1
3. Bobby Labonte -1
4. Kurt Busch -2
5. Juan Montoya -3

Where's Trevor Bayne you ask, well, he didn't want to take the points in the Cup because he didn't think he would actually win. He transfered hi points into some other series. So, Carl Edwards is the leader of the points.

Subway Fresh Fit 500 Prediction

Here is my prediction for the top 5 in the Subway Fresh Fit 500:

1. Greg Biffle
2. Carl Edwards
3. Denny Hamlin
4. Tony Stewart
5. Juan Montoya

Why Greg Biffle? He might have had a bad couple of seasons but he is on the run back to winning. He will win and have a good season. Anyway, Biffle is good at tracks like Phoenix.

2011 Daytona 500 Results

Wow! Even though I am 6 days late on posting for the 500, I am still shocked! Here are the results for the top 10 in the 500:

1. Trevor Bayne
2. Carl Edwards
3. David Gilliland
4. Bobby Labonte
5. Kurt Busch
6. Juan Montoya
7. Regan Smith
8. Kyle Busch
9. Paul Menard
10. Mark Martin

That was a wild finish! Who would have known a 20-year old would have won! Trevor Bayne became the youngest driver ever to win the Daytona 500, surpassing Jeff Gordon when he was 25 in 1997. Well, that's about it. Bye!

Dear Reader

Sorry for starting up this blog a little late. I haven't had the time to start it. Anyway, this is the blog that will take place of my old NASCAR blog. Enjoy!
